Marshals arrest sex offender, 7 felons in Sheboygan

http://www.sheboyganpress.com/article/20101027/SHE0101/101027018/1062&located=rss

Sounds like this guy isn't going to be long for this world. Mental defect or not, he seems to be walking a very rocky road.

That's what I don't get either.

"Court records show the suspect has been charged with violent offenses in four cases over the last seven years. Each time he was found guilty, but not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect. That means a judge or jury determined he committed the crime but didn’t have the mental capacity to fully understand what he was doing."

That's like saying to your child, "Johnny, you are 'too young' to understand right and wrong, so I'm not going to really punish you." Absolutely false! If someone commits a crime, he should do the time! This is rocket science people. Of course, one of my teachers would say every class, "If common sense was common, we wouldn't have The Jerry Springer Show."

Man robbed on Main Street (RACINE) - Link to story

An 18-year-old man told Racine police he was robbed at 4:29 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 24, in the 2000 block of N. Main Street.

Reports said the man was walking home when he saw the three suspects standing on a corner at North Main and Yout streets. He told police that one of the suspects asked him for a cigarette.

The victim said he didn't have any and kept walking, police said. He was approached from behind by the three suspects, who punched him and demanded money.

According to reports, the victim gave the suspects his MP3 player and about $15 to $20. The suspects then left the area, walking south on Main Street.

Police said two of the suspects were described as: a black man, about 6 feet tall, with an afro and wearing a black T-shirt; and a white man, about 5 feet 6 inches tall, wearing a gray sweatshirt.

yep, yep, yep. and i'm sure these criminals complied with all the laws while out and about; they did not conceal as that is against the law, they did not pass through any school zones, as that is against the law. but then again, robbing and beating people at gun point is against the law isn't it? Perhapse the sight of more open carriers out and about might suggest to them to retire from crime, at least for the coming winter season.

A person was shot in the back at about 11:40 p.m. Friday at W. Fond du Lac Ave. and W. Locust St.
Milwaukee police did not say how serious the victim's injuries were, but the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's office did not report receiving the victims of any fatal shootings overnight.
Police said they're investigating.
