What about Red Robin? I eat at one in Woodbridge all the time OC and i haven't had an issue. They haven endless fries to! I can feel my arteries clog ever so slightly at the thought of it! its fatacular! Anyway this topic has been thoroughly confusing and it seems like if corporate or the franchises cant give us a straight answer as to who is responsible for this policy our best course of action would be to give our money to other establishments. It's not like we have no alternatives. By the way love the forum guys :celebrate.

Anyone here who thinks Fudd's burgers are "not that good" or "overpriced" is really missing the point. If you don't like the food, what are you complaining about? You don't like to eat there anyway, so the corporation has zero reason to give a crap what you think.

I'm just going to stamp my feet in the corner likea child until I find a good ostrich burger. It's us ostrichetarians who suffer.

Welcome aboard, we're glad to have you here! If you have served in our armed forces, let me thank you for you service to our nation.
Thanks for welcoming me. I am still currently on active duty. I'm stationed on Ft Belvoir. I PCS'd around this time last year from the 10th mountain division up at Ft Drum where i was with the 1st BSTB. It seems like a really good community here and im excited to be a part of it. Whens the next meet?

Fuddruckers is selling to Tavistock Group for 40 million. I havent found anything about firearms on the site. They based out of California though.

Eek. Not only California, but the Bay Area in California (Emeryville is just outside of SF, as I recall).

Don't hold your breath to see a change. Hopefully, at least the franchisees will have freedom of choice on the firearms issue.

I'm guessing the recently enacted or rediscovered anti-gun policy is related to Fudds being bought. I suspect it was one of the terms and conditions for the purchase. My current employer made similar "housekeeping conditions" (albeit not gun related) when they purchased my previous employer.

Stereotypes don't apply. Remember, Fuddruckers is currently owned by a Texas group, which is equally meaningless. As is Seattle-based Starbucks.

This is the most appropriate news I have ever heard. We skip going to Fudds two months in a row and then they file for bankruptcy, while Starbucks ignores the antis and has its' stock go up 25% in the first quarter.

Youmight think that a company that is coming out of chapter 11 would like all the business that they can get, so it will be interesting to see if anything might change in the next few weeks or months.

Well here's a fun question... can someone file an Amicus Brief in a Chapter 11 case?

Wouldn't that be fun, file a brief extolling the effect of gun bans on both business sales and safety / liability... If you happen to have a pro-RKBA judge on the case.... imagine what might happen!

We need lawyers. :)
