a very nice meet! lots of participation, even citizens joining in the discussions. No one ran from the building screaming, no police showed up, the way things were meant to be! Thanks to Paul for organizing these monthly meets!

I was hoping to make it but this weekend was just a mess with me having to make up for our company being closed on Wed. :cuss:. Planning on the March GTG and hoping to see many of you at the Culver's GTG next weekend.

The first post in this thread says that the next Starbucks in Delavan meet will be this weekend..I went to the Face Book page and sign in as I will be there...My question would be is it still on..??? Nothing recent / current in here about it...???

Definitely on! If you look at the 1st page it is updated every month.

I attened as my 2nd O.C. event (1st at Lizzy's in Kansasville). The weather was great. the sun came out and a lot od people did stand outside just talking and enjoying the day. I saw people that I had met at Lizzy'z as well as meeting a few new people. I enjoyed myself and again felt very relaxed carrying my weapon in public. I am now starting to look forward to my 1st open carry at a non-OC event. I plan on doing some research and making sure that the establishment is open carry friendly as I do not want to be hassled during my first open carry (by myself)... I also will be prepared if I do encounter and problems. This website has provided me with information, the oportunity to meet new like minded people as well as a sence of belonging in a group that has similar likes and goals as I do. So again, thanks to all that made me feel welcome as I look forward to being around for a long time.

See ya in Delavan on the 3rd.

The way I take it is, every place is OC friendly unless otherwise told/posted.
