Mp, you are missing the point. It doesn't get better unless it becomes normal. Our interaction this weekend with the Sgt at VegasStreats was proof that our efforts are working. He was respectful, didn't ask for ID, and was really, IMHO, an example for other LVMPD officers to follow. Especially when he says he has been on the force for XX years, but still proceeds to handle things properly, in spite of his long experience.
You certainly have no obligation to participate in such things, but you are missing out on an opportunity to see your constitution in action. I take my kids with me, so in 20 years, they can tell their friends about how their daddy (and a handful of his nut job friends) got the laws and LEO in NV to respect 2A.
You don't have to be an activist, but you don't know what you are missing. Come play in our reindeer games.
