<cynicism><sarcasm>This news of "moonlighting" and with lots of folks eager to help with scouser's defense I had the thought... Perhaps it would be more efficient for the OCDO community to just direct funding toward those who bask in the light of the moon? </sarcasm></cynicism>
That's part of the problem though - dim light and shadows. What we want is very bright light to be aimed on the subject..........and in the corners.

Let me know when we are "Ready for Prime Time".

As most of you know I can put this under the nose of a local afternoon talkshow. I strongly believe the show's take would be very much on our side. Turning up the heat on injustice is right up the alley of this host. National coverage of this sort is possible. I stand ready to release the hounds.

While I, personally, think this is a great idea, I'd hold off unless you hear DIRECTLY from User or scouser and no others...

User has the lead - he will say very, very little directly to the subject - the rest of us are side by side, but in his shadow.

A handsome, young videographer may have news - we'll talk later and may be able to kick it up a notch.

Stand by..........

There are but by and large, we've ironed the bumps out of Henrico. There are very few problems anymore and we were testing it last night. No issues at all with one of our members very openly carrying in front of off duty Henrico Officers working security.

This goes a little deeper and the problems seem to be with just a few officers now.

The comment I got about Officer X was...."X works all over the place, he's a machine!"

I can attest to this, as I OC a LOT in the Western Henrico area and never had a problem with any of the cops I've run across. I'm really surprised this happened right down the street from me. :(

It has been a very busy and surprising day Grape. Met with User and there is something BIG on the horizon...we also discussed what could be turned loose now.
I have to try to track Cuccinelli down this evening but will try to get with you ASAP.

There are a number of things building up a head of steam - I have a feeling your revelation will not surprise me, please me greatly, but won't be a surprise. Think the possibility has been discussed.

To all watching and waiting.....just a little more patience.

We don't want anybody to think this has died and fallen off the cliff. Apologize for the crumbs and bits & pieces, but too much too soon would be a mistake.

I doubt that a full road map and program w/score card will come until after the fact - legal tactics and planning really have no business being publicly posted. Still there will be enough generics to make the pages turn quickly.

More is discussed off-line than you will see here, candidly because the internet, emails and PMs are NOT private nor secure. Neither is there any client/attorney relationship protection when we chat on these pages.

When you see Peter, Skid or myself post here "I heard that maybe - I have come to think - wonder if he - apparently but" etc., you have to learn to read the expressions on our faces and the tone of our voices to get the hidden message.

Aaah, could someone pass me some popcorn over here, I forgot to lay in a new supply.

Just got back...and yeah, I know everyone wants to know more. So does the PD and CA.
User has to give his blessing, which he has for some, then we have to discuss it to be sure it's the right thing, right information and in Scouser's best interest.

I do think Grapeshot is pretty up on what happened today that pertains to other cases. They will be discussed in other threads but thanks to Dan, these are very exciting and important times.

MKEgal you always have been so understated

Well, I thought that was in good taste, but adding one more  would have been a bit much.

I'll be putting my tuppence in the mail tomorrow.
I don't have much, but as I kept telling people during my trial & tribulation, a lot of "not much" adds up to lots.
The cost of one box of ammo, one lunch that you bring from home instead of eating out, one hour at the range...
And if nothing else, spread the word. Roaches hate light & attention.

I'd suggest about 6 of them.... one at each of 4 corners of the square, one overhead centered, and one centered underneath! Give 'em the "scorched earth" lighting!
