Did you guys oc at 702? They allow it?

If I remember correctly, I think they even have a sign on the door that says it is okay, but with a reminder to idiots to keep it holstered. I'll pay more attention next time I'm there.

When I was there for a match, we are given a few minutes before the match to use the "downrange" to clear our sidearms, so that we were unloaded during the match, except for our turn to shoot. Several of us were shooting our carried sidearms for the match.

My perspective is I prefer to keep a low profile. Is that a problem for you?

Low profile normally means non-confrontational. Your demeanor on this tread says anything but. What is your purpose to engage on an OC forum? Do you feel a calling to covert Open Carry folks to your CC way of thinking? Just wondering.

As was posted, we had our ladies night last night with 5 of us ladies, and the son of one since he just got a firearm. We can open carry as long as it stays holstered until we get to the firing line. Otherwise it must be unloaded in a case. Range 702 has been pretty good to us though. This was our second monthly meet up and they did their best to accommodate our group with how busy they were.

I also open carried through Walmart looking for ammo (was none though) and at Sams Club getting gas with no issues.

Last week I went to Buca Di Beppo with my family and my dad. Well my dad was he only one to have a problem with my husband and I carrying. He thinks we are crazy. He owns guns and goes shooting, he also lives in California. We have tried to explain why we carry, but hey to each their own.

Did they allow you to pick up your brass and keep it?

The PRK (Peoples Republic of Kalifornia) somehow brainwashes the populace and Kalifornians just seem to be living in the twilight zone. My Dad lives in the PRK and has the same issues.

We lived there until 2013. It took me a year to start carrying because I wanted to just get my ccw but I stumbled across this site and now here I am. Still no ccw either. But I have an OC facebook group and starting a women's group.

My grandpa lives there and would like to carry, my grandma doesn't feel secure enough with her shooting abilities to want to carry. To each their own, I will take my freedom:monkey:

Odd you claim to support the constitution but think a law enforcement officer is entitled to some lesser version of the first amendment.

Odd that an 'officer' doesn't understand the first amendment. Similarly odd that an 'officer' thinks he has a "license" to carry in all 50 states.

Sure smells like a wanna-be to me...

Nevada makes it easier not having a permit when you can conceal the pistol in your vehicle while driving and not being required to have a permit to do so. This Made my trip from Idaho through Nevada to see my dad in Orange county easy since Nevada does not recognizes my permit.

I did noticed getting looked at more by folks when I opened carried traveling through Nevada while getting gasoline or stopping for breaks than I do in Idaho. The Canadians in the motor home at the rest stop seemed freaked out when they saw me open carrying and they didn't give me a chance to even talk with em. :)

Shot there a few weeks ago. OCing a non-issue, MAC correct only a sign saying to keep it in the holster. Of course ok when inside in the range and past the firing line. Did not seen anyone picking up brass and did not ask as I also do not reload.

I've ran into the O.G. thug again today.

I was sitting in my truck with the door open and here comes the old school cholo riding past me on his bike vaping his vape pen and I was ready to say hello, he ignored me but saw him looking out of the corner of his eye at me and simply rode away, at least as far as I know he is done with the whole open carry thing, I hope.

We stopped shooting there because they would not allow us to pick brass. Found out why. They have tumblers out back and resell it. As far as I am concerned that is stealing so we havent been back.

As a reloader, I would call that stealing. Ya bought the ammo and that includes the ejected brass.

How I wish we had an "In and out Burger" here in Boise, Idaho. I sure could go for a double double, I am so envious right now.:(
You have Arctic Circle though, much better IMO!

So ill ask,,, since post falls is a pretty little town,,,
is it a safe bet that this is a counter in the back of the grocery/hard ware store?
Not a stand alone U.S Post office...
