The Bald guy is the typical problem with getting anything unconstitutional overturned, what an ass.

For a real eye-opener, buy and read Who Killed the Constitution by Thomas Woods. About $16 new at Barnes and Noble.

Woods walks you through some really disgusting SCOTUS sophistry over the last, say, 100 years.

I'm about 2/3 complete. Between that and Andrew Napolitano's Constitutional Chaos, you'll have a very good understanding of what SCOTUS really is. And, why obviously bad laws don't get overturned.

I'll look into it. I have believed for sometime the men in Black have had many decisions that have done almost irreparable damage to our constitution.

Freedom is allowing the other guy to do what he would like to, as long as what he does is not damaging to others.

Doesn't matter is it is own/carry/shoot guns or smoke/eat/grow Marijuana or whatever you please.

The Anti thing is based on power and control...got to be a big fish in a big pond, and if I can't be a big fish in a big pond, I want to be the biggest fish in a small pond rather than average...

Why does Barbara Boxer have the only CC permit issued in San Fran?????

I think smoking weed should be legal, but you shouldn't be allowed to drive, carry, show up for work stoned. Pretty much all the rules that Alcohol has, should be applied to weed, if it's ever legalized.

personally I believe marijuana should be legal everywhere. Ne one that has ever smoked a joint, knows that they would much rather pass someone on the road that has been smoking an oz. of pot, than pass someone that has had just a few beers. I think alcohol should be illegal, and pot legal. Alcohol kills thousands of people every year, I havent heard of pot ever killing ne one. The world would be a much more mellow place, and the govt., could make a giant profit off of taxation of the product. I no longer smoke it due to work tests, and kids, but like I said, it is much better than alcohol, and we wouldnt have all these drunk idiots out causing trouble.

The world would be a much more mellow place if the only taxation of the product was me having to water my giant purple buds from the rain barrel every once in a while. While remembering the tyrannical gov that no longer exists.

While openly carrying your supressed 30 round automatic select fire glock without a permit, registration, or paper trail.

Freedom is Freedom, unfortunately right now we don't have the freedom that people had a 100 years ago, and I don't really see our freedoms being acknowledged again (or given back, to put it bluntly).
We can and will win small concessions and get small parts of our freedoms acknowledged but it will never be the same.
Kinda makes me sad for the future.

Especially with this fake "democratic left" and fake "republican right", the only chance is a new party with no compromising and the will of the people to gain back what is inherently theirs.
