very good question, however I think the writer got his facts wrong. Unless I am mistaken the legal age of "full manhood" (Rights and responsibilities unfettered according to the feds) is 18 with 21 being he legal age of consumption. Thus it would appear to me that this was not a "boy" but rather an immature and irresponsible "man."

Then again come to think of it maybe "boy" does fit him according to his actions.... :)

My guess would be that he wasn't using a holster, it was in his hand, which would be a violation of 9.41.270.

The evidence log shows a total of four weapons were confiscated along with several magazines of ammo.

federal GFSZ 1000ft.
concealed revolver without a CPL
gangster in possesion

probably droopy pants too!
