Parker is guilty of assault--I don't think there is any question of that--and I don't think he's pals of our Dear Governor any longer because of SB 610.

At the beginning of the thread, with "I'll be your worst nightmare", no. Threatening to be a politician's "worst nightmare" could easily be a political challenge or, even worse, a recall petition, both legal.

After this? "When you see me again, you best walk the other way lest I beat your little ass with my bare hands.”
Yep, that's assault. Might even have something to do with stalking when combined with the worst nightmare threat.

When did grieving become a get-out-of-jail-free card?
The left will allow any excuse to let it's own run amok. This one has the "virtue" of actually existing, regardless of being invalid, so you'll never get them to let go of it.

This Andy Parker pr!ck used up all the sympathy a long time ago. He's a psychopath. I feel for him, but he's crossed way over the line and needs to be put back in his place by whatever means.

Dancing on your own dead daughter's grave is morbidly disgraceful.
