Oh I can miss it. I can get lost going to get my mail.

+1 as at one of the first classes way back when, I arrived a little early and parked in th park and ride (?) main parking lot of the airport waiting for others to arrive. I had no idea that the actual entrance being used was not where I was... I miss out on taking that class....:banghead:

So yea, although the airport itself can not be missed, those of us who are directionally challenged can (did) miss the atual gate used to reach the hangar.....

Ahhhhhh..... Memories...

Urgent news affecting the friday class !

MKEgal was arrested last night and is in custody at MKE PD District 7. MKEgal was going to furnish the projector for today's class as well as print out the Supplemental CERTS. She was also going to do some teaching.

The class is STILL ON, but I am going to have to get creative. We may all have to huddle around a small monitor.

Paul Fisher is coming through with a flat screen TV for Saturday's Class.

I also do not have a semi-automatic demonstrator pistol if anyone can come through on that. I have snap caps in 9mm and .45ACP

Availability

Will have to meet up with you all for Saturday class.

Really wanted to make lunch, but alas, too tight on time.

Will bring supplementary seating.

Looking forward to meeting folks and learning lots. :D

The Class proceeded today and had two successful graduates + one previous Yellow Cat Student who came through in the pinch and provided a flat screen TV (which he has agreed to leave in place for the Saturday Class). He also printed out the supplemental Certs for the Friday class and a handful for the Saturday class.

Many thanks to OLDSCHOOL for all of this.

One student did not read the complete posting and did not have the required UT course materials or application. Again, OLDSCHOOL came through and gave him his paper copy of the course materials (since he had electronic copies).

We did the UT course and followed that with the WI DOJ course (blowing through the parts already covered by the UT Course).

All in all, a successful day; DESPITE THE UNFORTUNATE EVENTS THAT TOOK PLACE INVOLVING MY ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR.

Yellow Cat Out-

the class was great .. i learned a lot of info and I am even more excited about this ...

i apologize again for not knowing about the print out .. and thank you old school ... i honestly did not see the need to bring that and he saved me for sure .. and thank you yellow cat for your patience ..

great people, great class .. done proffesionally and in the right manor .. i for one can say i didnt take the local classes because of the "kill em all" attitudes i saw in most of the instructors and the disrespect for the laws they possesed . .. yellow cat is open, honest, and keeps things in perspective..

If someone pops on before I have to leave Milwaukee for the Saturday class, where is the park and ride we are asked to meet at? Is it in line with the directions from before?

And that is the key! The park and ride is up the road from 20, basically where terminals would be at a 'normal' airport. I had been there 2 times before I realized where they were!

Man did that class bite!!! Jeff should pay US to take it:lol:

Seriously it was WELL worth the nominal fee Jeff charges. I highly recommend it even if your consider yourself to be a firearm veteran. If and when he comes back to Wisconsin I hope he offers some more of his classes.

Maybe he can develop a self defense class for those who are not as physically capable. For instance one of the main reasons I choose to carry is that due to back injuries I really can Nike off, so if I choose not to DIE, I will have to fight. I cant be rolling around, diving for cover etc... Just a thought.

I hope you were not disappointed. I am not sure who Jeff is, but Yellow Cat's first name is Jim - Not Jeff. If you were disappointed, please PM me and I will fully refund your course fee.
