I'm glad he is able to go see his family during the holidays.

As for the article:

According to a criminal complaint, he shot and killed Danny John, 29, and wounded John's nephew, Jered Corn, 21, who had just left Mamie's tavern a couple of doors away from Gonzalez's home on S. Shea Ave.

should read

According to a criminal complaint, he shot and killed Danny John, 29, and wounded John's nephew, Jered Corn, 21, who had just been kicked out of Mamie's tavern a couple of doors away from Gonzalez's home on S. Shea Ave.

if there is enough justification for the DA to charge this guy with 1st
degree intentional homicide then he should not be given this treatment.
The judge is a coward, and his spineless antics make the rest of us who
support open carry look irresponsible.

If they hit this guy with First Degree than my guess is that he was either
out looking for an opportunity or an excuse to use his piece. I might be
wrong, and he is entitled to a fair trial, but until that is concluded he
needs to be in jail, or at the very least kept very close to home.

I hate posers!

Why is he a poser? (Devils advocate here) He wouldn't be the first 2nd amendment supporter I've seen who has a blatant disregard for any other rights he doesn't agree with at any given moment; like I don't know.... due process?

If it was him in that situation I'm sure he'd be singing a different tune. He's a "rights" poser for sure, sadly so are too many others.

*sigh*

I always thought there was some obscure law, that the accused is innocent until proven guilty.

I know you are joking, however, he is not allowed to touch guns as part of his bail.
