previous license #63,xxx was issued less than 21 days after being received.
(within statutory turnaround time)

It looks like the DOJ should be able to stay within that time into the future.

Until they start receiving more than 5,250 applications per week, the backlog will continue to reduce.

I wonder how many who submitted their apps within the 45 day waiting period are still without a license? Does anybody know of any early applicants still waiting?

Wow...I was going to post the exact same thing today. I received an email today from one of the persons who attended my concealed carry class the other day...He mailed his application on Monday the 23rd of January and received his license TODAY. Now that is quick!
