Of course, I'm not required to tell an officer that I am armed, when pulled over, but I do tell them---pst...it has gotten me out of tickets, FYI. Not saying you will get out of them, just say'n.

This is ONE reason the police want you to get a CPL.

They can get you for not YELLING out the window to the cop you have a CPL before he gets to your car. This will be used in the Future. ALL CPL Holders go in a database and when police run your Plates they will have more of a reason to cause problems for you..

You most definately have this wrong. Yes, your CPL is tied to your DRIVERS license, not your car license. They will not KNOW if you have a CPL, or not, until they KNOW who is driving the automobile.

Case in point. I have been driving my wife's car (her's is nicer than mine) because she has been too ill to drive herself. I have a CPL, my wife does not. I carry, my wife does not.(for medical reasons) Also, she should not drive because of the meds she is on....OK?

I have been carrying for 42 years. I have never told an officer that has stopped me while operating an automobile, for any reason, that I have a CPL. I have never been asked for my cpl, I have never been asked if I was armed, and I have never been disarmed.

I have talked to LE while OCing on foot (3 times in 42 years) I have never been asked for my CPL, I have never been disarmed, and I have never had anything but a pleasant conversation with LE.

I call BS. and I also say: if you were to yell out the window that you were armed, you would be just asking for a confrontation...and not a pleasent on either. At a normal traffic stop (speeding, lamp out, running a stop sign), that you are armed is totally irrelivant to the stop, UNLESS you want to make it relavent.

That is a false statement. There is no connection between your CPL and your drivers license. Two separate databases, though they are both managed by DOL. A CPL return comes from running name and DOB, not driver license number.

Some agencies have started automatically running the registered owners of vehicles on traffic stops, but they are the minority. Some agencies also routinely run people for both drivers license info and CPL status when contacted for whatever reason, however it is still two separate and unrelated queries to through the state ACCESS system.

2. The video doesn't start at the beginning of the stop, it's not like the officer just came up at that point and started yelling to him about not notifying.

Click on their screen name, click on "view profile" click on "add to ignore list" look to the right and you will see a question "Do you want to add xxx to your ignore list" choose either yes or no

Its ok, Im used to the Anger and hate aimed towards me, Have i called people names? have i threatened anyone? No they just don't want to hear something different. They want to fall into the trap of the past. Huge shock will come to those that rather Ignore what i have to say.
i fully expect to be Censored or banned at some point for the simple fact that they cant have someone spreading the truth before they stage a civil war to set up the real patriots of the usa that really want to make a difference and to protect the citizens. So there are less people to go door to door after

Well sorry about this thread. It didn't go over well, I would delete it and re post with a better Example. But i can't delete this thread. However, The point i am trying to make is that i know the Planning they are trying to Implement. And its not good. Will they Pull it off? Its going to be hard to say. If people go after these laws before they are rolled out and know the plan before hand you have a chance.

First factor in controlling the Population and protecting the banking elite Families is to Disarm the population anyway Possible. And to Disarm the people that are aware of what is happening first. They will use mental illness or whatever they have to so they cant fight back.

The second factor is Getting everyone to get CPL and to outlaw open carry, Mostly by Hyping CPL news to the Public and telling everyone that everyone else is getting it..
Will they pull it off? Well I think so but it wont be pretty.

After they force people into CPL and have most on the band wagon, They will enforce UN weapons treaties being put into place since the 80s.

They will attempt to make this state No open carry and CPL only for the rest of the population. When officer contact they Most likely will role out law so the CPL holder must Notify officer. (Most likely in Obama executive order or UN treaties)

After they have The open carriers Disarmed they can also denie Concealed for whomever they want. (mostly the ones that are awake)

I think you can see where i am going with this. This world is a stage play
