This is ONE reason the police want you to get a CPL.

They can get you for not YELLING out the window to the cop you have a CPL before he gets to your car. This will be used in the Future. ALL CPL Holders go in a database and when police run your Plates they will have more of a reason to cause problems for you..

The Police will have an Upper hand as they come up on you and before they get to your car i guess you are to let them know before they get to your car you have a CPL?

Go away, troll--this has nothing to do with WA State law. We have no requirement-to-notify.

First of all stop using the word troll Because i am trying to put out information. This is being done in washington state also. I am aware of what the washington state law says.

Won't work with 380Lady and I, we are both CPL holders but our contract on our car is through a private party. So the Police can run our plates all they want and will not know if the driver has a CPL as the owner of record does not have one.

Sweet!

Maybe you could tell us when the requirement to notify will be added to the Revised Code of Washington? That would have to be an integral part of the conspiracy, right? Also, you should be aware that every time you step away to use the computer, more people sneak across your bridge.

No, i Re posted the video because the ad was in the way of the video. Then i added more of my thoughts.

I guess what i am trying to say is that this will be used on the cpl community no matter what state you are in. I understand you may think this is Useless info, However I think if they can put the CPL holder or even open carry persons in a bad light in media the police will come down harder on you and the people. Im sorry if you don't see how they keep the power and control over the citizens.. And again. Please Stop calling me a Troll because you don't understand!! Ty

It occurs to me to wonder....
If Officer Friendly was so sure that an illegal act occurred when the driver failed to notify (even though said driver was not in possession of a firearm at the time), then why did Officer Friendly not take some sort of step to cite/arrest someone he knew had performed a criminal act?

I understand what you are saying. Not all police Officers have a power trip either. Most of the time things are smooth, In the future is what i am worried about. I Seen how CPL holders are treated overall, And i know many have been stopped and had the police bring up the cpl bit for no reason Other than to catch the driver off guard so the police can have an upper hand on the stop. Or for instance to play quick mind games or a play on words or to Manipulate people. And we all know how real that is with police. I have had it happen to me. So i know what we are Dealing with here.

That is just one of many reasons why police don't want to be recorded. It exposes the technical aspects of how the police operate and people can study it, like for the Simple fact that they use words twist things and manipulate suspects or Subjects to trick them into Complying or to give the info that best suits the police. In my Opinion Police are nothing more than well trained psy-op control for the public. Are they really there to keep you safe? or to keep people Controlled? That is what people should ask themselves

now this is a worthy answer. i agree that a cop will say whatever he can to catch you in a lie or catch a different answer. i know this from working with a sheriff dept, you learn to ask a question and then later on ask it again or ask the same question in a different manner to get a different response.

cops are taught to be deceitful and coercive to gain the upperhand. thus i only answer what is needed and necessary.

1. This video is not from Washington, we have no duty to notify.

2. The video doesn't start at the beginning of the stop, it's not like the officer just came up at that point and started yelling to him about not notifying.

Again I am aware of the Washington state law. And i am aware oh ohio law. I am aware this is not a notify state. I simply think you are missing the point i was trying to make.

They will make this a notify state. and things are going to change. And when they do there is going to be Huge problems

Why would you participate in chit chat with the officer that does not relate the the stop?

No law to inform in WA, we all know that. Will they make it law?? No, why should they? I have not been traffic stopped in over twenty years. My Sweet Baboo, on the other hand DOES get stopped regularly. The last time she was stopped, she was concealed and I was OC. Did the LEO know we were armed? Yoo betcha!! Did he react badly, no, he did not mention it or harrass us for it. I hear it on the scanner all the time when vehicles are called in during stops. "Owner (brief description) has a concealed pistol license". So, yes, they already know. Do we get the load of manure the hoplophobe states get?? Not me.
I think this is a non issue.

Who is they? Can you cite a bill that has been submitted to change it?

Making things up in your head does not make it so, it makes you a ignorant troll.
