Okay due to a email I just got from WCI the breakfast will have to be planned for another day :(. Any suggestions are welcome on what date might work for people. The highway clean up is being planned for July 30th so that weekend probably won't work.

Mid/End Aug would be great. I could show off my new toy, depending when it arrives. :D

Call whatever you like. I am a WCI Founders club member. Your so called advancing carry in WI is advanced as far as it will go for years to come with our fabulous conceal carry bill.

You presume that the only way to advance carry in Wisconsin is through legislation?

What a simpleton view of the right to carry.

Wisconsin Carry has always taken a much broader approach to advancing the right to carry in Wisconsin.

Legislation is but one measure.

Promoting lawful carry to a larger segment of the population advances carry. In most states 1 to 2% of the population gets a CCW permit. One of our goals is to promote lawful carry in Wisconsin and see a much higher percentage of people carrying. That has nothing to do with legislation but more people carrying lawfully is advancing right to carry.

Constitutional carry made it farther in the legislature in Wisconsin than it has in any other state except for the states that have constitutional carry along with maybe 1 or 2 others. That is remarkable progress.

A year ago I doubt any member of the legislature could have told you what constitutional carry was. Because of the legislation we advanced EVERY SINGLE LEGISLATOR IN THIS STATE now does.

A year ago I doubt a single major TV/RADIO/Newspaper reporter in Wisconsin could have told you what constitutional carry was. Now they ALL know.

We will introduce constitutional carry again. And when we do, it will not be as shocking to those whom it may have been now because it has been given legitimacy due to how far it advanced in the legislature and the robust coverage in the news media. Constitutional carry was advanced even though it didn't pass. The progress we made in the hearts and minds of hundreds of thousands of Wisconsinites remains.

Our members should be exceptionally proud of having stepped out from behind the keyboard and achieving the results they have over the past year. Sadly, some people will never make it any further than behind the anonymity of the keyboard and the capacity to live in the altered reality of online forums where lies and deceit are the leitmotif of their existence.

Congratulations to each and every one of our members for what they accomplished. There is a plethora of results to show for their efforts.

We will continue to advance carry in Wisconsin using every tool at our disposal. Public relations, the civil court system, legislative action etc. We have a ton to be proud of and our success will continue. My opinion.

Carry On

Indeed, you should use every tool at your disposal. I happen not to care for the so called constitutional carry. And it will be years and years and years before it will be even considered by the Wisco Legislature. Not gonna happen under the Walker administration.

Most gun owners now realize paying dues to clubs like yours is no big deal now that we have what we want. I for one will waste no more money on the WCI. My opinion.

Why on earth would you be opposed to constitutional carry? Small gun clubs are at the heart of getting pro-gun laws passed and anti-gun laws getting defeated. Who cares if you give money, I'm sure more people who care about their rights will step up to the call.

No offense Derick, but you use "we" an awful lot, and I have to be honest with you. You are clearly pretty out of touch and I think you should just stick to "your" opinions and not pretend to speak for anyone else.

My opinion.

As for "clubs" like ours. We don't need money. We are flush with cash. People could renew with any amount. $1 renews a membership. Of course you didn't get your renewal packet because I wasn't about to waste the stamp on you.

Its pretty ignorant and short sighted to not see all the other ways carry can be advanced in Wisconsin in between legislative sessions/progress. You seem to have constitutional carry blinders on. You really have no vision. If you thought that was all Wisconsin Carry was about you don't have the vision or patriotism to call yourself a member. count me as one that is glad you aren't any more.

Aside from that, the work we do is volunteer and we can do many things with no money at all. You just have a pocket full of sour grapes because you got banned from this forum and no one likes you. Even people who once called you a friend don't want anything to do with you. I'm actually shocked you come back here under an alias. I didn't think my opinion of you could get any lower. I really thought once banned, you'd just go away, but clearly you have a lot more in common with your buddy Gleason than I ever knew. My opinion.

Have a nice day

Sorry Chairman but I am not Derick. I wiil be a founders club member until the end of the year as my dues are paid til then. Your club is not needed anymore by the vast majority of Wisconsin gun owners who are so called members. We got it all.

Perhaps some sour grapes in your pocket after Charlie Sykes smacked you down on his show. Might have been a different Nik Clark, but I doubt it. MO

BTW Derick has a lower membership number than I do. MO

eh... I could be wrong, but I don't think so. You are either Derick or Craig.

It really doesn't matter to me who you are. The fact that you have to hide who you are is all anyone needs to know about your character.

As for Charlie Sykes. Everyone knows he's a RINO anyway. He called Darren La Sorte a hack also. I'm in good company. The fact that Charlie had to address me at all means I made an impact.

Vicki McKenna is the only talk radio personality I respect.

Carry on, the last word is yours.

Your opinion.

Here's a recent pic of me. I hope you burn it into your retina. As you can see I am a man of great appetite. Do you have a sister by chance? Another angry WAVE gal perhaps? Threes Company.

Always liked "Cannon." But "Spencer: for hire" is still the best..."Mannix" was good, too. You guys in WI should stay out of the sun sometimes...but I miss the Northern Lights when we used to go to the Dells every summer...

Don't forget Banacek!

And you know we are trapped under snow for 9 months out of the year, right? We rarely get out so we make the best of it.

My non-Green Bay resident FIBWACanoe hardliine opinion.

Yes Chairman, not only could you be wrong, you are wrong on both names. As for you making an impact on Sykes show, nah, you never got on the air. MO
