And how exactly do they thing the seller knew the guy was going to commit murder?
You would have to read the complaint I guess....but Armslist was cleared. A victory for them but rather mundane ... the real party is the wacko husband who has no $$$ so lawyers throw out that fishing line to see what they can catch.

Oh God, it's back.... Well, that was fun while it lasted! Maybe someday, someone will come to their senses and the "time out" will be permanent...
