I think it would serve a better understanding if they would have use the phrase "neutral standing by complying with state laws".
Just to say they are "neutral" may be perceived by some as "sitting on the fence", or not having an opinion.
They have already proven they do by ignoring the complaints of the anti's and allowing OC in their stores.

I think, my opinion, that Starbucks Corporate has some very savvy folks in charge. All they had to do was say they abide by State laws and sit back and watch the old feud between the pro gun folks and the anti gun folks provide free publicity for them because the media will eat it up.

Fixed the typo, though I am pretty sure anyone here knows what city was referenced since another state wasn't listed after the city name and Allen Park is a fairly well known city. Will see what I can do time frame wise.
