But they probably have the same liquor licence since the other Flying Star locations do so I wouldn't bother with them further if I were you. Thanks anyway but they're out.

We can cross-off Flying Star for LEGAL carrying of any (CC or OC) variety.

I'm still trying to get my NM OC gun...because my FFL guy was too slow in acting, I lost out on a great deal at AIM Surplus.

Most managers get uncomfortable when you ask about open carrying. For the most part CHECK extremely well for posted signs and just ask if they serve or sell alcohol. If neither of those are ineffect then proceed to OC. However, if you are asked to leave or disarm by an employee or manager PLEASE DO SO! Try not to make a scene. The manager may be completely off point, and if there were no signs posted I would contact the owner if you feel the need.

I guess on the upcoming voting ballot will be to permit people with permits (might be open carry people also)to carry concealed in places that make less than 40% revenue on alcohol. So places like Apple bees that makes most of there sales on food would be legal to carry into but other places that sell more would not be. I also believe it said that if you did have afirearm on your person you were not surpost to consume alcohol.

Of course the owner could still say no guns.

Please don't quote me on this. This isonly from what I remember a month or 2 ago.
