Just to verify, is this the park on the left directly after the bridge if traveling from Pasco to Burbank?

Edit:
Oops nevermind! I saw Burbank and assumed the park was in Burbank Washington!
I didnt know it was way over by Seattle. Oh well...
Hey, it's only a 3 and a quarter hour drive from Pasco....:p

I did actually consider it. But it was 10:00pm when I realized it and I had some appointments already scheduled afterwards. :(

Turnout was nice, the sun was not too hot and the weather was not too cold.

We had 12 or more of us at one time sharing the picnic area with several Chinese families whose relatives worked at Microsoft. No one was alarmed, no one was concerned, no one was worried and what's more, the Chinese people I talked to were quite encouraged by all of us open carrying. They were more curious than anything. When they asked me if we were police, I answered "No, we're Americans!" They just replied "Oh, ok." And went on barbecuing. What's more, they were nice enough to share some of their lamb kabobs with me... I love Chinese kabobs. My daughter played with their kids and there was a good time had by all. It probably didn't hurt that two of us open carriers could also speak Mandarin and did so with the families.

It was a very pleasant picnic over all. Pictures will be uploaded shortly.

The only blurry one of all six I managed to take.

As I'm posting these, I'm realizing that I should have asked one of our neighbors to take a group photo as I'm not in any of these... ah well, nexttime.

Thanks for the pics Washintonian_For_Liberty! It was a very nice afternoon.

We had a curious park employee who politely asked if I was legal and either took my word for it or was schooled by management. Looks like Mercer Island has rejoined the state of Washington!

Well done on picking the picnic spot and thank you for coordinating that.

It was indeed a good afternoon.I want to thank jim675 again for fetchin me.I know we sometimes disagree with each other and I can be a little opinionated(maybe thats why I have 2 ex wives with my ex houses and ex money) anyway, it really lifts my spirit to be around some actual Americans .

Also you should have seen the couple of gangbangers watching us when Jim dropped me off and we were outside the car. From their perspective after I called the cops on them the other night and nowthey see Me drive up in in a white mercedes with an armed friend. They don't know quite what to make of that. When they see us around it really does do alot to keep their heads down for a while.

There are a couple of good folks around here.I was on my deck earlier and actually overheard two black guys and the ones white girl friend talking about how obama is destroying our Constitution.I went out and talked with them for a while. They are definately with us and asked if we or some one could take them to a range.
