Please explain. What state law(s) are you referring to that they are not following?
I've never been there and they are right down the road from me. I can hear the shooting on quiet overcast days.
state law:
NRS 244.364, NRS 268.418, and NRS 269.222 state that the legislature reserves to itself the right to regulate the transfer, sale, purchase, possession, ownership, transportation, registration and licensing of firearms and ammunition in Nevada, and that
no county, city or town respectively may infringe upon these rights. These laws specifically allow localities to regulate the unsafe discharge of firearms, and they also allow Clark County to maintain handgun registration. However, one must be in Clark County for 60 days before registration is required. Also, per NRS 407.0475 the Nevada Division of State Parks may not enforce regulations more restrictive than the state law with regards to firearm possession and self-defense.

Prohibited:
Excessively loud music from external or internal vehicle speakers or portable radios. Excessively loud music is defined as music at a level that annoys other park users or park neighbors.
Carrying, possessing, or discharging of any firearms, firecrackers, rockets, torpedoes, or other fireworks, slingshots, boomerangs, or martial arts paraphernalia
within any County facility or park without written approval from the Director of Parks & Recreation or designee.
Fires, other than those in picnic stoves, grilles, braziers, or fire pits provided for that purpose or as approved by the Director of Parks & Recreation or designee.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages except in designated areas. It is prohibited to consume alcoholic beverages on roadways, parking lots, playgrounds, swimming pools, athletic fields, tennis courts, community centers and at youth events without prior approval of the Director of Parks & Recreation or designee.
Sale or bartering of goods/services, food and/or beverages, without prior approval of the, Director of Parks & Recreation or designee.
