Wells Fargo Eastern and Sunset - Everyone was friendly and the place was empty so I'm pretty sure they saw it on me. I was approached at the door by someone greeting me, then at a counter on the way to the desk with pens, then at the desk with pens, then the window gal, then on the way out they asked how everything went. Tons of contact for a quick withdrawl, but no comments just good service

Machine Gun Kelly's

Lock and Load - A guy there and I wanted to know if my Blackhawk serpa 2 for my Springfield xd would also fit a Springfield XDM, specifically the 5.25 (both in 9mm). So he asked me to go outside, unload, lock slide, reholster and reenter the store to try it out. I had no problem with that at all, and did such in my truck, 15 seconds later in the store took out my xd, placed it on their desk, he handed me the 5.25 xdm, holstered - fit like a glove...retention clicked etc.

Sport clips - (this was a few days ago) the gals there cutting hair said that I'm always welcome and they are glad when I'm there getting a cut, that the feel safer. Awesome!

Wells Fargo Tropicanna and jones - The gal at the window asked me if I had a permit. Explained in this state if you're legally able to own, one may carry without permit. She asked even in a bank? I said absolutely, rattled off grocery store, bank, gas station, dmv, casino. She said she wasn't too sure about that, and I said with a smile well I'm 100% sure. I've been a customer here for 18 years etc. She finished my transaction and said have a good day, and before leaving I asked if she had any further questions or wanted to check with her boss on anything. She said no. I think she was new to the bank, didn't recognize her from my other many visits. And it didn't seem that english was her first language. I get the most questions usually by people who aren't usually from the US or are from CA.

Rebel gas station trop and jones - No mention of it. This particular station had a cop car at it last night around midnight for at least 20 minutes, Not sure what was going on there. I avoided it/getting gas until today when it was all clear.

Quiznos trop/decatur - I carry here all the time, and have never had a problem, which I love. No mention of it at all.

My 2 cents.

Where did you carry today and how did it go?

How much for a cut there? They treat you good?

I still haven't found a good regular place here since moving from Canada.

I used to have a girl that did a great job up home.

Trifold opportunity! When they say things like "I'm not so sure about that", you say what you said, and add a trifold. Suggest that they post it up in the break room, so their coworkers are clued in too. I've done that a few times now.

Good stuff though.

12.50$ i think? I gave her 20$. I tip. And they CUT good, which is the main thing for me. My needs on my cut are fairly easy!

If you go, tell them you were sent by me (scott) or the guy in all black. That'd be neat to hear about.

today I was out with my dad,
first we went to Denny's (Craig & Tenaya) sat had breakfast no problems. (got my free birthday Slam)

then it was of to Koster's to pay my payday loan, as I got out of my car I passed by a woman talking on her cellphone and went inside as usual, No Problems with the staff (they have to buzz you in) they all know I Carry. when I got back to my car my dad told me that the woman I passed did one of these :shocker: and got in her car and took off like a bat out of hell, guess she didn't know what a Law Abiding Citizen looks like.

next was Walmart (Cheyenne & Rainbow) was at the pharmacy with a couple and their little girl waiting behind us . . . the little girl does a "wow Look at the gun momma" I then introduce myself to the parents strike up a conversation about the legal . . and give Him a trifold (my first one!). It was a great feeling informing someone about their rights.

and you probably never will have a problem the corp policy is no to employees (unless otherwise allowed by law) waiting for a parking lot law on that one!

the Security division has said "unless there is a sign posted there is no problem with a customer carrying a firearm and we have not heard of any future plans to put up such a sign." so as a customer you are all good.

Sooo ... if, while OCing your non-permitted pistol, you sit down in a chair and a person covers you with a smock, are you in violation of 202.350(1)(d)(3)?

NRS 202.3653 Definitions. As used in NRS 202.3653 to 202.369, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. “Concealed firearm” means a loaded or unloaded pistol, revolver or other firearm which is carried upon a person in such a manner as not to be discernible by ordinary observation.

So far haven't seen case law on this, and one of those dumb reasons that I just got a CCW to cover. Rain the 3 days or so we get here in the desert, casinos aren't that favorable (carried like 100 times to orleans, was approached by security my last time - and now movie theatres are freakin out so I tend to CC.....town square has always had panties in a bunch so i CC - and i STILL get followed around by security (last time I was there was Cars 3))

So I'm no felon - paid $200+ just to be able to say that, huray?!..... =(

Don't know anywhere that would not be considered concealed.

It is entirely relevant pertaining to NV law. There really was no call for that comment to him.

NV statute has no exception coded for 'concealed by smock in the barber chair. Unless the smock leaves the firearm 'discernable to normal observation,' it counts as concealed, and is no longer OC. Unless you think that someone peeking under the smock counts as 'normal observation.'

Yes because you stated it as a fact not a question. In Nevada where we live there s no provision that says its ok. Here in Nevada where we live by NRS concealed is covered.

And he said he doesn't know ANYWHERE that such would not be considered concealed. In other words, YOU AGREE WITH HIM ALREADY.

Understanding some situations does come up for the need however, It is my opinion the best way to lessen the need for CCing is not to spend any money in those business that does not want your open carried firearm.

Actually, greapshot statement is one of those posting that has little or no relevancy to the topic. Added no additional data or information to the topic. More of a sarcastic no-brainer posting. For most part, Frantic84 covered it with his posting of the NRS 202.3653 “discernible by ordinary observation.” Followed up by Lostlittlerobot posting of, not seeing case law on these dumb reasons.
