need help finding a court record

Need help finding a preliminary protection from abuse record in Cambria County. I have the approximate date but not the names of the parties. If necessary I'll settle for a list of such orders issued during a date range and sift through them.

Can someone give info on how to start? Who to contact (court, sheriff's office, other?). Forms needed, if any.

Thanks, but quite what I was looking for.

I was looking for information that would ID the parties involved. (I got the info I wanted via several "guy who knows a guy who knows someone who knows a guy" referrals.
