Is the life of a cop worth more than the life of a non-cop?

You forgot to mention the perp pointed a loaded shotgun at the officer. I'd give him a high five too.

I'm out.

So you weren't sincere in your condemnation of not giving respect to the dead.

Would it be okay for someone to high-five someone who shot an aggressive, homicidal cop? I'm sure that that would be different and you'd be extremely butthurt over that.

Face it, you're guilty of gross hypocrisy and inconsistency because of your thorough statist brainwashing.

high five for surviving an encounter is different than celebrating a killing. but if you want to pay respect to an actual killer, be my guest.

Don't insult me with a strawman. I asked for an INNOCENT person. Not a killer.

Would you object to me high-fiving someone who shot a cop in self-defense?

Not if the cop was threatening him with death at the end of a shotgun, no.

Something tells me you would be high fiving them if the cop was shot unlawfully, too.

You do realize that Boston was a terrorist attack right? With bombs? And dead citizens?
Stick with the dorner story its more akin to what this threat is alleging.
So was the Centennial Park bombing, Primus. But guess what didn't happen?

Maybe it's just coincidental that no LEO's were killed in the blast, eh?

Tell ya what, give me an instance of where officers were killed and there WASN'T a massive police response and you might gain a little credibility.

I don't care about lawful. Morality trumps laws, which are nothing but politicians' scribbles. Aggression (such as raids for possession of the wrong PLANT) is wrong, whether it happens to be lawful or not.

That's what separates us.

Since it's documented that agencies specifically seek out low IQ individuals to be cops, and that low IQ correlates with cruelty and aggression, it's no surprise that they behave like thugs when a fellow gang member so much as gets a bruise.

I agree with that. But I refuse to extrapolate that because some cops are immoral, they all are.

Broad strokes.

(1) They all enforce unjust laws.

(2) The overwhelming majority refuse to lift a finger against "bad cops."
In my state they get together and write a letter to Congress and potus telling them to shove it with 2nd amendment infringement.

"Jordan, a 49-year-old college graduate, took the exam in 1996 and scored 33 points, the equivalent of an IQ of 125. But New London police interviewed only candidates who scored 20 to 27, on the theory that those who scored too high could get bored with police work and leave soon after undergoing costly training.

Most Cops Just Above Normal The average score nationally for police officers is 21 to 22, the equivalent of an IQ of 104, or just a little above average."

104 is a low IQ. If you look at the cognitive abilities of someone with an IQ of 104, they're not impressive.

P.S. For the umpteenth time, it's "you're," not "your."
