I'm going to post this, simply because its a decent example of keeping your mouth shut. Its not so much related to OC (although my two passengers were as well carrying and myself OC), as it never did come up. He didn't get CHL status until he ran information AFTER he had rolled us anyway. He didn't run the plate before rolling us.

And because I didn't fall for his trap of answering his question I was able to successfully defend myself in court.

Give 'em hell. Got word earlier than an OCer was being hassled in Eugene and threatened with disorderly conduct for OCing in a park because "the majority were scared". I guess 8 cops, one said not detained, immediately followed by another say yes you are detained. Demanding ID, supposedly investigating the crime of disorderly....too bad they don't know what the definiton is, just reaching.
