Then there is this rule, does it count for banned members signing up new accounts?

(13) MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS ARE NOT ALLOWED: Signing up multiple accounts (or alts) is a tactic employed by spammers and trolls and not legitimate members. Doing so will result in the banning of all accounts involved.

Well if im unable to use my other account is it really multiple accounts then?

I believe the idea of being banned, is well being banned. Why do you keep thumbing your nose at the site owners and mods? Never mind don't answer that I already know.
