This looks like a case for Bert Macklin, FBI

And get Woodward and Bernstein on the story, becuase Watergate wasn't covered this well...

Let's see we have anonymous employees confirming, denying, and giving the silence treatment, an anonymous person on an online forum claiming King5 news spoke to the police who confirmed a story not on their blotter or their crime map software, that a more reputable member called Bellevue police and got a denial, there's no media story at all, and the only people saying it happened are users with similiar names who popped up on message boards anonymously on the internet.

Richard Nixon's ghost called, he wants a time machine and to offer a job to the Bellevue police and WCA staff.

If the exact same MO hadn't happened with a Wade's issue, I'd be more likely to agree with you.

I don't like to beat around the bush. No more yes/no/maybe.

They will either find something and send it to me, Not find anything or find something and reject my request. Either-way, I should know shortly.

Does anyone have a Broadcastify pro account? Maybe there is a archive of the Police radio feed. I tried to sign up but it's not working at the moment for me.

The only issue I could see is if they are sitting on a report (not officially filed yet, so maybe not subject to the FOI request), or if active investigations are exempt. But the 911 call log should be available.

I requested all the above. If they exist and they refuse to release them due to "its not official" or "its active investigation", etc they have to inform me of that reason. Which would imply the existence of said documents.

The Blue symbol with the yellow police badge picture in it.....that is the date/time it happened. It shows up in their system. Try this: just go to that same page, and do an address search for: 13216 SE 32nd St. which is the address of West Coast Armory, and tell me you don't see something pop up for a crime at that location for Sunday night!

I just did exactly as you asked. Went to the page you linked to, put in the address and it said zero crimes within a mile of that address. There was an assault listed 3-10-2013 6:42pm, however it was on Allen road and listed as INTIMIDATION.

When you click on the Police Station Icon it lists the date and time for the last incident reported on 3-10-2013 which was the incident above Assault Via Intimidation on Allen road.

The blue symbol with yellow police badge is the police department location. I do not see anything on SE 32nd ST.

How recent is the data? I recall seeing lots of police cars and a chopper flying in circles near my apartment complex last Saturday, but I don't see that incident on the map.

There are items as recent as the 10 on the map for Bellevue Police. I don't know how the data is propagated so... I guess that's why I have a FOIA request out.

You guys do realize that map is NOT an official government source of information, right?

It's just some private company that automatically skims data from some publicly available sources and repackages it. I doubt they include all incidents for any region or PD.

Yeah thats pretty easy to figure out. The only reason I went and looked as he said the incident was on there, and it clearly isn't.

* It happened on Sunday evening. 3-10-2013 at around 7pm. I will wait for this "FOIA" request to come back and for my information to King5 News to bear fruit, and we will soon see. Just hope you guys that have been so mean-spirited are man enough to admit you were wrong afterwards. I understand a basic scepticism in people, because there are a lot of crazy people out there with agendas....but you are all a bunch of sheep if you think you have information about everthing that occurs at your fingertips. Obviously, something as huge as this has escaped your reach. Hopefully when you find out I wasn't full of BS, you will be a little slower on your proverbial skeptical trigger-finger on the next guy!

* Maybe I read the site information wrong. It was not deliberate. I just saw an icon that had the right date and approx time and figured it must be the incident. Guess I was wrong. Just looking for some validation about this. I can't believe that something so huge and emotionally distressing on me and my family is going unreported! Usually you have to beat the media off with a stick and now no one will report on this. It is really weird to me. And most of you think I am just making it up, which just gets me even more frustrated with the whole thing!

Tha is exactly why I made phone calls and filed a FOIA, just as Slap did. We would like to see information on this as well. It just all seems sstrange. But we will have answers soon.

I'll admit I was wrong once this narrative starts making sense or can be corroborated. In the Internet age we should have more then anonymous posters.
