Did AB1934.... pass or no ? I'm moving to la in a few weeks.

We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. Bottom line: AB 1934 was not passed. Go ahead and open carry.
Slightly more in depth: After it was voted in on the senate floor, it has to go back to assembly for the amendments to be cleared. The republicans ran out the time (before midnight), so it is dead.
