Can any one tell me what towns or city's are you allowed to OC in Delaware?

We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. My understanding is Delaware has preemption but some Cities and Counties that had Laws/Ordinances concerning the carrying of firearms were grandfathered when preemption was passed. It is up to you to know the local Laws/Ordinances.

I know that that is what I am asking. What cities and counties prohibit OC. Is there a map or list of areas?

OC in DE is not an issue. However OC in City of Dover requires written permission from the chief of police. So at least in the city of Dover conceal with your permit otherwise enjoy DE's open carry laws. There are restricted areas like court houses, police stations,state parks, federal buildings. Just read up on restrictions. Signs are not enforceable here but if you are asked to leave and refuse to you can be charged with misdemeanor trespassing, or something like that.
