As many of you know, a good deal of my law practice is dealing with NFA issues.

In that vein, and considering the discussions spawned by the regulatory push by the Obama Administration to curtail the ownership of NFA items, I have added a new sub-forum specifically for discussion of the legal / procedural issues involved with NFA item ownership.

It is called the NFA Collector's Lounge.
