As a Vt resident, can I OC in New Hampshire and Maine without any permits what so ever?

We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. Vermonter to OC in NH & Maine

Welcome to OCDO Greg.
It doesn't matter what your home state might be. When you are in another state/jurisdiction, you must obey the laws there, regardless of where you live. That being said, both NH and Maine allow OC w/o a permit. Careful in NH though as a permit is required to carry loaded in a vehicle.

Research and know the laws carefully yourself before entering states new to you.......and carry a good digital recorder.
