Vantage Firearms Academy is offering it's Multi-State Concealed Handgun Permit Course May 1st in Chantilly, VA.
The course is approximately 4 hours and is all classroom based. The fee is $85 which includes, the Utah application, notary service, fingerprints and VA and FL affidavits if desired by student.
