Two changes were made. First, the old flyer stated that carry was not allowed in National Parks, and as we all know by now that has changed.
Second, the flyer used to contain the following sentance: "PC 374c makes shooting from any public road illegal, which triggers 12031(f)." Given 51 Ops.Cal.Atty.Gen. 197, 200 (1968), People v Knight, and People v Segura, that statement was clearly incorrect. 374c does not trigger 12031(f).
