The weather was nice, the crowds were cheerful and the open carriers were out in droves. Thanks for the company to 1911er, 1245A defender, Squeak, Batousaii and wife, TriggerDr, Venya, my wife, EMNofSeattle, and anyone else I have forgotten. We had a grand time chatting, answering questions from the crowd, and passing out a few fliers. I hope the folks that went to the Poulsbo and Gig Harbor events had a good time, we missed you.

Glad you guys had a good time, and turnout! I had a good time at the Monroe event. Lots of cops, food, people and no issues.

Great Evening

Thaks to all that showed up had A great "nite out" We were thanked by the PO police for being there and the Mayor even said he was glad we made it down. Had some great questions and conversations with lots of folks. and were avoided by others. But with the great company goes A great nite.

Glad it went off without a hitch! Sorry about flaking, I was expecting to be done sooner then I anticipated with a dinner out, but family events are never predictable. I then had to study and finish homework, so that too took the rest of the evening.

I have not yet heard from the Port Orchard public affairs in regards to this years event, but when I do I will need to ask for help. I will still be in Virginia for this years event. The wife is going to be be busy with family stuff and I am not going to expect her to wrangle three kids and get all the set up done. Send me a PM if you are interested in helping out. We need a table and some flyers, I may have some left from last year, but I am not exactly able to rummage around at home to find them.
