Prime case of don't talk to the police.

Davenport told police he decided to fire his weapon because “he heard the engine rev on the suspect vehicle,” Kopp said.
from link above

Never provide any statement to the cops -- you never know what little detail they'll focus on ...

This guy will lose his gun rights 'cause he got a mouth .. some folks should have their lips sewn shut.

This seems to be an ongoing problem...
F.U.Q. please?

Doesn't seem right that someone shooting at a criminal should be arrested.
Was he OC, & the police didn't like that? Is that how this story relates to the forum?

FUQ = Fair Use Quote

It means you don't just give us blind links (even with a subject line). You tell us what we are expecting to find, and WHY you think it is worth talking about.

It is polite. And acronyms aren't not. She even clearly made it so with all-capital letters and the extra periods. And you link an "urban dictionary" where it is used as a word in the 'hood.

I have mentioned this before BUT in this case, the link was clearly related to the subject line...

sometimes a quote is not needed ... this is one of the times

I disagree. The WHY and HOW is the most important part of the discussion to follow. A discussion that should be started by the OP's reason for posting.
