As Gomer Pyle said, "Aw, shucks, y'all jus' tryin' to make my head swell up."
But seriously, can we get that statute repealed?

I wonder if a certain grass roots gun rights organization would be willing to proactively throw its considerable weight and new infusion of funding http://www.luckygunner.com/results into that effort?
stay safe.
There is no such infusion of funds. There may be or there may not be ultimately - I suspect the latter knowing from whom that would have to come. I doubt that they have much in the way of cash convertable assets, and seriously doubt that any of Bloomie's money is at risk.
Which brings me back to my dream of a judgement being awarded and their name included in assets to be seized in satisfaction.
But even without an infusion of funding, would they be proactively willing?
stay safe.
I think the Resident Curmudgeon was avoiding making any direct reference to the VCDL and its leadership. Not that his suggestion would have been derogatory, but he's right, one does wonder. And as otherwise suggested, our first step would have to be to get a proper governor.
Really, seriously, profoundly looking forward to this with GREAT hope of a positive resolution. The record has been received in the Va. Supreme Court. We should be getting an assignment for oral argument sometime soon.
Me too!Really, seriously, profoundly looking forward to this with GREAT hope of a positive resolution.
I think a win in this case would do much to destroy the brandishing statute - yes?
Just thinking ahead, how much room is there for the public to attend cases there? The record has been received in the Va. Supreme Court. We should be getting an assignment for oral argument sometime soon.
