Nine states have reaffirmed 10th Amendment or are in process of doing so. 'Think maybe the State legislatures are on to somethin' here? That's not coincidental.

Lies , half truths and disinformation got this Obama poserelected. Lies, half truths and disinformation pour outta the talkin' heads 'n lib newsrags daily. Where there's smoke there's fire. I'm long past bein' a Boy Scout...
The reaffirmation of the 10th amendment is a great thing. I sincerely hope that more states join this movement.

The cause of liberty is the cause of truth and justice. Truth and justice are not served by stooping to the level of the enemy and engaging in rumor-mongering, lying, etc. Their social philosophy is morally bankrupt and cannot withstand the light of truth. We do not need to lie to show this enemy's true colors. Truth is sufficient.

I couldn't have said it any better.

while I respect your dedication Sonora; we simply can not stop to their level, otherwise we become no better than them.

As a Southerner; and as a patriot, we must hold ourselves to that higher standard.

That high-minded trick ain't workin' out tho latelyis it? 'Doesn't matter what the truth is... only that the event is perceived and remembered. 'That's been workin'... not for us... but it's workin'.

To what "high-minded trick" are you referring?

I disagree that the truth does not matter. The truth is vital. You say that all that matters is for an event to be "perceived and remembered." What validity does that "event" have if it never occurred?

You are correct that this stratagem has been working against us. Many people are blinded by their ignorance and believe the lies they are told. However the way to fight back is not to substitute their lies with our own. The way to fight back is to champion the truth and shine light on the lies.

The way to fight back is to win... by any means available, effective and necessary.Playing niceisn't one of my attributes. Neitherare agreeable opinions.

Then we are fundamentally at odds.

The ends do not justify the means; they never have and they never will.

It is an exercise in futility to attempt to build a society that values liberty, truth, and justice on a foundation of lies and injustices.
