So St. Louis Circuit Judge Joan Moriarty is the end of what constitutes inalienable rights in MO?

Do you have any links or a synopsis? I'm very curious to know how it played out.
Edit: Found the court fling on case.net, but I just can't translate the legalese. The restraining order and paying legal fees is dropped, but still can't open carry at the zoo?
