1. I didnt put a order in yet that is correct. I started to then I saw the high shipping charges. So I thought I would wait until we came up to lovell canyon next month with our friends we go shooting with. And pick it up in person.

2.NOTHING I did was slanderous. I posted YOUR EXACT WORDS. If you think it was slanderous then lawyer up and sue. I would be happy to send you my info.

3. If you took the time to read this thread you would have seen where I posted a corrected statement. And I have no way of editing the topic.

4. When it comes to the Bill of Rights there is no gray area for me. It is very plain. And the 2nd is very plain. SHALL NOT INFRINGE.

1. Law Oral communication of false statements injurious to a person's reputation. CHECK....YOU DID THAT. YOU SAID THAT i WAS ANTI CONSTITUTIONAL CARRY..your exact words were:
"Scratch another gun business off the friendly list

From the other gun forum here in the state. The question was Should NV have Constitutional carry? And the response from a vendor below...Until they can show that they indeed vote yes, then in my book they are a anti.

you made a COMPLETELY FALSE statement there. What friendly list were you referring to there, Steve? Implying that I was not friendly to open carry at ASW?

2. A false and malicious statement or report about someone. YOU ARE CERTAINLY GUILTY OF THAT!!! You are no better than fox news or worse yet...CNBC. You took a story and EDITORIALIZED it to fit your agenda and didn't report based on fact....just your knee jerk opinion.

As for lawyering up...eh, it's not worth the argument my friend. just keep our name out of your mouth if you wouldn't mind. Not trying to be a jerk, but you really did an injustice by starting all this in the first place. I guess an apology from you is just waaay out of the question. Way to own up to your mistakes there, pal. actions without consequence....I think that comes right out of the liberal agenda. better check your handbook, Steve.

I did read the thread Steve, but unfortunately, because you were hasty and irresponsible in your reporting, you have already set the tone to convict me in public opinion. But thanks for the attempt. If you wouldn't have played TOWN CRIER to begin with...you wouldn't have had to retract your statement.

and finally, when it comes to you and the bill of rights...that's awesome...you go boy!!! shall not infringe....well, you infringed on my rights.

I guess in the end Steve, have a nice day, and I hope in the future you aren't so quick to crucify someone for a thought.

Does a person have a Natural Right to self-preservation? I say Yes. Just a Premise though.

I reject the premise that a person has a Natural Right to armed self-preservation. There is nothing Natural about a firearm; it is artificial. Life is Natural--firearm is Artificial. Do you follow me?

While I respect your assertion that Liberty is not negotiable, it is, unfortunately.

Chairman Mao said “Power grows from the barrel of a gun”. What is power but the force of ones will over another’s liberty by whatever means is at hand. Self-preservation is not based upon the tool at hand, but the ability of one to use his/her wits and natural abilities to utilize any method available to protect life, property and liberty. A firearm works great in that capacity.

Nope anyone who made the statement you did would seem to me to be anti 2nd amendment. You said you came around but you made the first statement. Just to clear that up. I made no false statement about your biz, just my opinion which I am entitled to.

And I did not infringe on your rights.

And thanks I like fox news.

I agree that a firearm works great in that capacity. Mao was right, except, I would state: A form of Power grows from the barrel of a gun.

Maybe we can reduce "life, property and liberty" down to one: Property. Life is a Property, and Liberty is a Property of sorts.

The problem with this, of course, is that socialists, like yourself, believe you are entitled to the property of another if you deem he has too much of it.

No thanks.
