Come on, someone's gotta be able to figure out how you draw and then reholster this thing (reholster one handed at that, according to safariland).
My guess is that you pull back on the gun and the strap is a spring. When you're clear of whatever is holding the barrel in you angle the gun down and are able to clear the spring strap.

the strap on the back in a spring. you pull the weapon straight out then tilt the muzzle down.
