The transcript will then be available remotely to view, download or print a copy from PACER at $.08 cents per page or from the Clerk’s Office public terminal at a rate of $.10 per page.

Maybe attorneys get a special rate.

Did the court go on vacation ? Any latest on this matter? Anyone know when we should see the courts decision? Thanks

It's been almost three weeks. Most people reported that the judge would issue a ruling in 3-4 weeks time. This coming week is likely when it'll be out.

Patience please

I know everyone is waiting for the Judge Gonzales's written decision to be released and nobody is looking forward to reading it more than the Plaintiffs, Defendants and Attorneys whose names, issues and reputations are involved.

Regardless of what it says, things WILL CHANGE.

I am keenly aware of what the Judge said on November 15th about three weeks, but realize that a well written decision that can survive any appeal can take time.

Judge Gonzales and her clerks were extremely meticulous in her ruling on the counties motion to dismiss, and made the decision prior to the McDonald ruling by the Supreme Court. SHE CONNECTED THE SECOND AMENDMENT DOTS CORRECTLY.

She stated from the bench her understanding of the significance and importance of the issues in this case and will more than likely render another well reasoned decision.

My belief is that she will write here decision under a belief that it may be placed on the desk of each U.S. Supreme Court Justice.

Regardless of any possible appeal to, (or opinions of), the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Judge Gonzales appears to write here opinions in a belief that they will be placed before the eyes of the Supremes.

Knowing that the facts are clearly presented in the submitted motions and exhibits I am prepared to give Judge Gonzales and her clerks the time they need to make the right decision.

I'd look more toward the end of this week or sometime next week for her to release the decision.

So enjoy every day with the knowledge that it's not going to be that much longer.

I'd like to thank those that have posted comments and support for this case.

I'm also planning to create a video for submission to and transmission on, Cable Public Access channels and have a very simple sample of what I plan posted up on a page at www.cagunrights.com.

At the begining of the hearing she said 3-4 weeks. I'm with Ed in thinking the decision will come next week. So keep your blood pressure down and wait till next week lol.

We will then have to plan a Permit party where we all get together review and fill out the paperwork PERFECTLY then call the media and have them cover several dozen if not a 100 Law Abiding Citizens going down to the Sheriffs licensing bureau en masse and turning in our paperwork.

Your mother-in-law must have bought it for you. She had her husband's example to go by after 10 years of her husband eating her cooking.

CLERK'S JUDGMENT IT IS SO ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court concludes that Defendant's policy does not infringe on Plaintiffs' right to bear arms or violate equal protection, the right to travel, the Privileges and Immunities Clause of Article IV, or due process. Accordingly, the Court denies Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment and grants Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. (lmt) (Entered: 12/10/2010)

Can anyone honestly say they expected a different outcome? Vote with your feet, folks; it's the only sane choice.
