You're right, it doesn't mean that. But as I said, it's just one thing used to form an opinion.
An opinion of what, exactly? That you'd like to have coffee with the guy? I'd like to have coffee with BrettaLady, but I'd just as soon burn the country down before voting for her into office.

No offense, Mrs. Lady. <3

Partisan politics is a smoke screen.

Romney is Obama under a different banner.

Absolutely, positively dead on.

If you look at Romney's political career it is basically exactly what we've had for the last 3.5 years.

The truth, as I believe, is that this country is positioning it'self for a collapse that will bring outrageous inflation and government taxes.

Our country needs salvation and it will not come from Romney or Obama. And neither party would ever put up a man that would do the things necessary to save our country.

My vote for Johnson may be a long shot but the payoff is huge. A vote for Romney/Obama is a better bet, but the payoff is a kick to the proverbial nuts of freedom. History has proven it.

Why is everything a cross-examination? A person makes a post and gets the third degree. I understand that it is important to be informed about a persons choices in the political arena. And FOR ME, I am informed as much as I need to be. Although it never hurts to be more informed, and I will continue to learn more. But, I've definitely made up my mind who I am voting for, as I am guessing most of you have by now. I'm in my fifties and I am pretty much set in my ways. While pointing out something to me COULD get me to change my mind about some things, it's probably not going to. Sometimes I look at what type of a person it is, rather than just his voting record. There I said it, over-analyze that. If I think a person is of good character and values, that holds some water for me. (again,I said FOR ME) I would rather have a good person that might screw up once in a while, than an evil person that is only out for himself. How do some of you form opinions? I'm probably going to regret asking. If you meet somebody, do you talk to them, or do you just request that they show you a photo ID, along with their birth certificate, report cards from grades 7 thru 12, canvass their neighbors for more input on them, and get the name of their second cousin's wife's mother-in-law's uncle? And do you request that they have the report cards to you by the end of the working day, in duplicate? I WOULD like to have coffee with Paul Ryan and discuss hunting and politics. I would have liked to had coffee with George Dubya also. ( I REALLY would have liked to have drinks with Laura ) I wouldn't care if Obama bought me and my family a new house, a new car, and invited us all to the White House. I would tell him to @#%^ *^@# and $@#!. He probably would just let us sit there, while he feasted elsewhere. An opinion? My opinion about him is when he stands there and has that stupid (look at me) grin on his face, well, never mind. Anyway, I'm done now, I think. Gotta get ready for work. I could probably prove it, but I am not gonna take that much time. Have a great day!

Cop-out. You're basically saying that you know you're wrong, but just don't care and using your age as an excuse. This statement only works when it's someone else making an observation about you. When you make the observation about yourself, you realize you're wrong but refuse to accept and fix that.

What in the hell am I wrong about? Cop out my a##. We weren't even discussing anything to be wrong about. I don't get it. Are you the official statement referee? "I realize I'm wrong and refuse to accept and fix that"? I'm wrong because I don't form opinions like you do? What the hell? You seem to like to look down your nose and CORRECT people. I'm glad you already know what people are suppose to think and say. God, are you arrogant! And by God, I don't mean you. I mean God. I made a statement that Paul Ryan is okay by me, because he shares a common interest and you judge everything about the statement. There are a few of you on here that have this holier than thou attitude and think your s#@t don't stink. You wanna research everything, so you can pass judgement? Show me where once I've ever insulted or put down anybody on here or put down what they've posted to "attempt" to make myself look better. The only times I have ever typed anything even slightly negative is after that person drew first blood. A few of you need to get off your high horses and learn some social skills. When have I ever picked apart anything you've said? I'm not "back pedaling" or "copping out" about anything. Who the hell are you, that I would feel I needed to? I'm done, so have a nice life YOUR HONOR.
