Why is everything a cross-examination? A person makes a post and gets the third degree. I understand that it is important to be informed about a persons choices in the political arena. And FOR ME, I am informed as much as I need to be. Although it never hurts to be more informed, and I will continue to learn more. But, I've definitely made up my mind who I am voting for, as I am guessing most of you have by now. I'm in my fifties and I am pretty much set in my ways. While pointing out something to me COULD get me to change my mind about some things, it's probably not going to. Sometimes I look at what type of a person it is, rather than just his voting record. There I said it, over-analyze that. If I think a person is of good character and values, that holds some water for me. (again,I said FOR ME) I would rather have a good person that might screw up once in a while, than an evil person that is only out for himself. How do some of you form opinions? I'm probably going to regret asking. If you meet somebody, do you talk to them, or do you just request that they show you a photo ID, along with their birth certificate, report cards from grades 7 thru 12, canvass their neighbors for more input on them, and get the name of their second cousin's wife's mother-in-law's uncle? And do you request that they have the report cards to you by the end of the working day, in duplicate? I WOULD like to have coffee with Paul Ryan and discuss hunting and politics. I would have liked to had coffee with George Dubya also. ( I REALLY would have liked to have drinks with Laura ) I wouldn't care if Obama bought me and my family a new house, a new car, and invited us all to the White House. I would tell him to @#%^ *^@# and $@#!. He probably would just let us sit there, while he feasted elsewhere. An opinion? My opinion about him is when he stands there and has that stupid (look at me) grin on his face, well, never mind. Anyway, I'm done now, I think. Gotta get ready for work. I could probably prove it, but I am not gonna take that much time. Have a great day!
