Owensboro bbq festival

just out of curiosity has anyone ever OC'ed at the bbq fest here in owensboro? i saw one guy last year OC but was unsure if it was legal to OC at that event, I don't visit the beer garden just walk to the vendors to eat, just too many weird people down there that make me feel uncomfortable, and now-a-days you can't be too careful, thanks in advance

It depends on where it is held. Is it on main street or at the fairgrounds? Has the area been leased out or is it held by the local government. Need more information for a good answer.

It's held on city streets and the beer garden is an open out door gathering of which I probly won't attend anyways
