Open Carry in Finn's Point, Delaware

Finn's Point (map link http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp?latlongtype=decimal&latitude=39.617946&longitude=-75.562651&zoom=7) is located on the New Jersey side of the Delaware River.

It is only accessable by boat.

Anyone ever venture over there just to open carry on the "New Jersey" side of the river?

access by boat would seem to be a problem as lands and waters administered by DENREC seem to be prohibited (except hunting)

If you get a campaign together I would love to join you. I bet NJ wouldn't be happy about it and there is nothing they can do.

I wouldnt try it, I live a couple miles from that site. It is controlled by the army corp of engineers. its where they pump the dredge spoils from the river.
