I think it's Biden. I remember General Obama a couple of years ago saying that everyone in the White House referred to Biden as Sheriff Joe. Obama said that's because Biden watches to make sure not ONE penny of tax dollars is wasted. What a GREAT job he's doing. Personally, I think they call Biden "The Sheriff" because of his in depth knowledge of double barrel shotguns.
