MWG call in Comerica Bank in Grand Rapids. Not really enough information at this juncture, but it appears to be a non-event that some one though deserved the attention of LE. Would be interesting to know if it's a CCW holder.

Comerica Bank robbery falsely reported

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) -- What was first thought to be a robbery at a Grand Rapids bank turned out to not be the case. Authorities were called just after noon Wednesday to the Comerica Bank at 857 4 Mile Road. Deputies determined the bank had not been robbed, rather a customer reported seeing another individual in line with a handgun concealed in his waistband. That individual had not made any attempt to rob the bank. Deputies are trying to identify that person as the case remains under investigation.

Which person are theyattempting to identify:

1. The law abiding citizen excercising his right to firearm possession

2. A citizen over utilizing the 911 service

If 1., what is LE trying to accomplish?

If 2., what is LE trying to accomplish?

How 'bout this; train our 911 operators to determine if an officer needs to be dispatched...
