The sad thing is there are stories like these almost every day at Madison.com (Cap Times and State Journal). It's odd how many 'shots fired' stories have occurred within GFSZ's lately, I thought that couldn't happen...

There was story a week or so ago about an incident with an attempted armed robbery in the parking lot at East Towne Mall. Hey, isn't that where the Culver's is located?

Risk charges of vigilantism, cop wannabe and lynching and rightly. Citizens may arm themselves for self-defense. The common law elements of self defense are four, be innocent of instigation, be in fear of bodily harm, use sufficient force only to deliver oneself from evil, attempt to withdraw.
