With a CCW endorsement, yes. Without...if A5 means anything, yes, but that may likely take a substantial amount of disposable income to prove that point. Cheaper, for the time being, to have a endorsement. Also, invest in a recording device.

I suspect that the AG won't be driving down to the Wentzville area to defend me from a bogus gun charge by the local cop shop.But doesn't A5 force the AG to defend a citizen against these charges?
