in reply to Rich and brk: it's my understanding that if a person knows they have something on their record for criminal and/or MV, they need to pay to get their own personal histories so the info on the appeal form is accurate. thats where my cost factor is coming into play. I was arrested once like 10 years ago, but it was completely dismissed, so it didnt need to be mentioned in my application, but it would need to be mentioned if I appeal. and I've had 2 or 3 speeding tickets in the last 10 years as well, dates and towns I completely forget though.
If I ever say something that is incorrect, by all means correct me lol, I dont want to spread false information, and I dont take offense by it at all. we're all here to learn or to teach those that want to learn. I'm definitely here to learn, and if I can help out as well I will
when anyone from MPD calls my cell, it shows up as 000-000-0000 on my caller ID, so keep an eye out for that. shouldnt take long for him to return the call.
on a side note, I met a few MPD detectives the other day for a work related matter, and they were very good guys. I dont know much about MPD employees, but these guys were a positive change of pace, I wish more officers/detectives were like them

So I called Captain Lozefski of the MPD and left a message with him in regards to the status of my application. So hopefully he calls me back with something he can tell me. I just am blown away by how other towns do them so quickly. Its mind boggling!!! I will keep everyone updated with any info I get!
