Sad. An ex military man snapped according to family and went on a shooting rampage. He had toured multiple of times.
Garza, an Army veteran from Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., opened fire Sunday at tire store in West Houston, according to Fox11 Los Angeles, spraying 212 rounds at innocent bystanders and police. Eugene Linscomb, 56, was killed and six, including one police officer and Wilson, were injured.
I suppose this is a lesson that sometimes it is good to stay away from the fray. Only direct threat should be engaged as far as I know, and help third party if their life is in danger.
