Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. It will be worth it! :) Please help by posting all issues here.

I read on another site that Montana Shooting Sports and the Second Amendment Foundation are going to court to seek a declaratory judgment on the validity of Montana's assertion of state gun rights under the 10th Amendment.

Though other states are moving in this direction only Tennessee has such a complementary statute at present. For this reason I think it is important that Tennessee become involved in this litigation -- at least to the extent of filing an amicus brief.

The ATF has thrown down the gauntlet and all pro-2A groups should pick it up.

Wouldn't it be great if we could get our friends in the Legislature to stand up?
